Conditions Of Booking

All accommodation is subject to availability.

If booking direct on the telephone, accomodation is subject to a deposit being received to secure the booking. All deposits are  non refundable and non transferable. Deposit is usually £10.00 per person.

All accounts must be paid for on arrival, cheques are not accepted as payment on arrival but may be used as a deposit with 10 clear working days to allowed for bank clearance.
Meals times are per arranged and no allowance or refund is made for meals not taken.

The proprietors reserve the right to amend, cancel or curtail any booking if the conduct of   

ANY person / persons are thought to be causing detriment, damage or discomfort of any other guests.
Once bookings are recieved failure to "show" or failure to cancel giving 72 hours prior notice  will result in one nights total stay being charged to the credit/debit card used to make the booking.
